Conni LaDouceur challenges our fundamental assumptions about information gathering.  She consults to many of the world’s most admired companies and search firms as chief sourcing strategist, pursuing her passion for matching people and opportunities by blending art and science in sourcing.   Previously with Heidrick & Struggles, Conni is a popular speaker and trainer on best practices in sourcing and recruiting by sharing direct and disarming techniques to increase effectiveness at identifying and hiring the most qualified talent, not the most available. As President of ExecuQuest Corp., Baltimore, MD, her strict, methodical process ensures efficient sourcing success in all functions, all industries, all levels, worldwide from SW programming leaders to healthcare management to flight test engineer leaders, to investment banking analysts and mining executives in South Africa.  Conni has empowered talent acquisition and sourcing teams at PepsiCo, Microsoft, KPMG, Starbucks, MetLife, GlaxoSmithKline, Burger King Corp., Aon Hewitt, Lockheed Martin, TJX, Hershey’s, Wells Fargo, a leading RPO and at many conferences and recruiting summits the world over.  Originally from Maine, she received her BFA degree at the University of Maine and is a wife, mother, artist, adventurer and Sourcer extraordinaire.
Donna Friedrich

With extensive industry knowledge and client delivery experience in identifying and developing top talent to meet the staffing needs of Fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies worldwide. Prior to joining ExecuQuest Corp., Donna was the VP, Operations for Friedrich Associates, a consulting firm with three decades of successful client relationships in the integration of business strategy, organization development and technology transfer. Representative clients spanned all industries to include consumer products, federal government, higher education, information technology, insurance, pharmaceutical and telecommunications. Donna enjoyed several years as a Manger, Human Resources with Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard) managing a full spectrum of human resources programs, services and functions. While there, she enjoyed the opportunity to be part of many pioneering efforts in Human Resources innovations in one of the most valued Fortune 50 corporations. She held executive and managerial roles in talent acquisition, employee relations and advocacy, diversity, training and development, as well as compensation developing relationships with C-Suite executives by providing insight and solutions to critical business issues. She is an energetic leader dedicated to excellence and results, with proven cross discipline organizational abilities in designing, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and systems which gives her breath and perspective in her executive search research and delivery role. A native of Massachusetts, Ms. Friedrich received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Boston College and has served as Headmaster Search Committee Chair and Board of Trustee member for Independent Schools.
